DEPT. of NAILS Booking & Cancellation Policy At DEPT. of NAILS, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To provide a personalized, uninterrupted experience and maintain the highest standard of service, the following policies apply to all bookings. PREPAID APPOINTMENTS All appointments require 30% payment at the time of booking. Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been successfully received. 48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY A required minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. - 48 hours or more before your appointment: You may cancel for a refund or reschedule without a cancellation penalty. - Less than 48 hours before your appointment: Your payment is non-refundable. - Same-day cancellations: Your payment is non-refundable. - No-call, no-shows: Your payment is forfeited in full, and no refund or credit will be issued. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation, depending on availability. If the appointment must be canceled because of a late arrival, the payment is non-refundable. RESCHEDULING Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty when requested at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Requests to reschedule within 48 hours of the appointment are treated as late cancellations and require a new prepaid booking. SERVICE CHANGES Please book the correct service and any additional nail art or enhancements in advance. Last-minute changes may not be accommodated due to scheduling limitations. CLIENT SATISFACTION Your satisfaction matters. If you have a concern regarding your service, please contact DEPT. of NAILS within 48 hours so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution. BUSINESS CANCELLATIONS If DEPT. of NAILS must cancel your appointment, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling. POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT By booking an appointment with DEPT. of NAILS, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
